Customer has an old outlet and a old double switched that needs to be removed and replaced original ones are old corroded and seems to be giving customer problems with working,

Customer customers, exhaust fan and wiring was brittle and dry rotted which caused cirque to ark and create sparks. After thoroughly inspecting the issue I was able to repair wires coming from fan and get fan working again. Customer did not want to have to replace fan for new one which would cause us to have to cut drywall to install new one

Customer has recently sold his home and had an existing Tesla charger for his vehicle installed. He would like it removed so he could take it with him to his new residence. Customer canceled after approving estimate. Billing $69 service fee.

Microwave outlet was burnt, replaced with new outlet, microwave is now working. Also did troubleshoot the bathroom outlet GFCI was tripped, and outdoor outlets got power back on.

Found unit 24v transformer had failed. Replaced and normal operation was restored. Condenser unit contractor as a loud buzz. Recommend replacement. Unit is 2005 and entire system should be replaced due to poor efficiency and cost of a major repair would deem system obsolete.

Upon initial diagnosis from our technician, the Timer in the garage was causing the circuit breaker to trip, this timer needed to be replaced with a brand new Timer. Install is done and the issue is resolved.

Customer call with issue of no power to Office after thoroughly troubleshooting and diagnosing I was able to determine that customer has a timer in garage for front garage lights that are on the same circuit that has failed which was causing breaker to trip every time it reset. Once I eliminated timer off circuit breaker was able to be reset. Remove and replace will be needed.

During a Night Emergency Call Customers current Honeywell Thermostat though worked after AC was fixed during this Night Visit was Not 100% working properly - Not allowing to adjust temperatures settings ** this is to complete installation of a New Thermostat Supplied by Customer ** Customer has a Suncoast HVAC Platinum Membership **
