I built a strut rack for the panel mounted the panel, ran inch and half conduit to the junction box and ran to 1 inch pipe junction box. I pulled the feeder wires over to the junction box and landed in the panel. I removed the existing panel, pulled wire from the new panel to the junction box and terminated all the wires in the junction boxes and the panel. Also extended and tied in existing ground wire that was there but never tied into old panel.

Upon arrival customer stated he had a plumber out yesterday and he determined the breaker was bad for water heater. Checked breaker and found that it was not hooking to panel securely and would shut off power to heater. Changed out breaker under warranty. Tested new breaker and heater and everything is working at this time. Checked other breakers and found no issues.

6/19/2024 Today we came out to troubleshoot a AC unit that was not getting proper power. Upon diagnosis and opening up the panel and that LB which was connected to a half inch conduit going back to the panel. It was fed from a 50 amp breaker. Inside the LB there was a break and one of the legs of the wire, causing it not to get the proper voltage It needs to run. We had to remove all of the old wiring because inside the LB it was spliced and you can see burns on the wire. We remove the old wire and pulled in new number 8 two legs and a number 12 ground. We ran the wires continuously coming from the panel where is fed off the 50 amp breaker straight to the unit onto where the terminal is to power the AC unit on the exterior of the home. After completing the wire pull, we verified that the AC was working properly, and the breaker was holding as it should. Dylan & Matthew

After thoroughly troubleshooting and diagnosing issue, I was able to come to the conclusion that there was a 2 circuit being shared on one break Which is the same circuit that the garage outlet is on appropriate fix was to separate the circuits which would stop because of power being lost to garage

Chris from Suncoast was very professional, prompt, reliable, straightforward, knowledgeable, nice and easy to work with. Like other air conditioning companies, he worked hard to get me to buy the 2-year service contract which I guess makes sense but who knows? I went for it. But I like that he didn't just tell me I had to replace the whole 10 year-old unit, and that with proper maintenance it could last a couple more years. The unit broke the day before we were leaving FL to head back to NY for the season. They did the work when we weren't there. I believe all of the issues were fixed. From what I've been able to ascertain, I would definitely recommend Suncoast.

WHEN I CONTACTED YOUR COMPANY I WAS GREETED QUITE PROFESSIONALLY,I ASKED ABOUT FEES , WAS GIVEN THE INFORMATION I REQUESTED, THEN WE SET UP AN APPOINTMENT, AND THE SERVICE MAN WAS ON TIME, THE SERVICE WAS DONE IN LESS THEN AN HALF HOUR, THE LOCATION IS A RENTAL SO I WAS NOT THEIR, BUT I ARRIVED WHEN THE SERVICE WAS COMPLETE, I SPOKE TO THE SERVICE MAN AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED, AND HE INFORMED ME THE SERVICE WAS $240.00! (MAY TENENT HAS INFORMED ME THE SHORT STILL A PROBLEM) HE THEN INFORMED ME THAT MY SERVICE PANEL WAS NOT IN CODE. I SPOKE WITH A REP FROM YOUR COMPANY AND HE SEEMS TO FEEL I APPROVED WORK FOR A NEW PANEL!
