200 Amps Meter can, riser, surge, and grounding feeders ( KEEP INSIDE PANEL INTO 125A) Inside panel wire is only 60 amps (enough for a stove) and is running the whole home. Against code. Need feeder pipe and copper is needed to inside panel.

After thoroughly going through customers electrical system, I was able to determine that customer has An FPNL issue which seems to be the transformer customer is receiving 208 V on one leg and 38 on the other when both legs are together customer is still receiving 240 but any thing that needs a 120 circuit is being overloaded. I advise customer to turn off breakers and customers neighbor also was having same issue and already called FPNL when I arrived.
