Greg was amazing! He explained everything about the generator I purchased and when I had a question about the gas smell he came back to check it out. He then explained it was normal and assured me it wasn’t anything to be concerned about.
I did think this was pricey and could have gotten it cheaper on my own, but I wanted the assurance of a company that would be standing behind it, that would hook it up, explain how to use it, and be here if I had questions or concerns. And I’m glad I did.

As a salesperson, Chris explained what I needed since I already had the electrical work done for a generator. I do wish it was less expensive. But then I had Greg do the installation. He worked diligently to make it work with the existing electrical system. First, the battery was dead, and he had to go back to the shop to get a new one. Then the wires that were here didn’t work properly, so he reworked those so I don’t have to do anything manual other than turn the generator on. Thank you!
